In qualità di Category Senior Product Manager Omino Bianco supervisionerai il ciclo di vita dei prodotti principali a livello globale, guidando la visione, la strategia e l'esecuzione del prodotto. Collaborerai con team cross-funzionali per garantire che i prodotti soddisfino le esigenze del mercato e siano allineati con gli obiettivi aziendali.

Come sarà la tua agenda:

  • Strategia di Brand, Prodotto e Visione: Supporterai nella definizione e nell'allineamento della strategia di Omino Bianco e del suo portafoglio con gli obiettivi aziendali globali, assicurando una chiara comunicazione della visione.
  • Gestione dell'Innovazione e NPD: Supervisionerai lo sviluppo completo dei nuovi prodotti (NPD), dal briefing al lancio globale sul mercato.
  • Ricerca di Mercato e Insight: Condurrai ricerche di mercato approfondite per identificare le esigenze dei clienti,i trende il posizionamento competitivo.
  • Sviluppo Prodotto Cross-Funzionale: Collaborerai conteamdi diverse funzioni per gestire il ciclo di vita dello sviluppo del prodotto, dall'ideazione al lancio.
  • Monitoraggio delle Prestazioni e Iterazione: Analizzerai i parametri di prestazione del prodotto e affinerai le strategie per ottimizzare i risultati.
  • Gestione dello sviluppo e della crescita professionale di una persona a riporto.

Riporterai direttamente al Category Marketing Manager.

Che cosa ti rende un buon fit:

  • Hai una laurea magistrale in Economia, Marketing o un campo correlato.
  • Hai 4 anni di esperienza in marketing, trade marketing, sales o un ruolo simile.
  • Hai ottime capacità nell'uso della suite Office, in particolare Excel.
  • Hai forti capacità analitiche, di comunicazione e di marketing digitale, oltre a competenze di leadership e conoscenza delle dinamiche dei mercati globali, della segmentazione dei clienti e delle considerazioni culturali nel marketing.
  • Hai una buona attitudine nel people management.
  • Hai un'ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese fluente.

We are looking for a Category Senior Product Manager Omino Bianco to join our Category Marketing function Home Care in the Home Care, Personal Care and Beauty Business Unit, based in Milan.

How you make the difference:

As a Category Senior Product Manager for Omino Bianco, you will oversee the lifecycle of key products at a global level, driving product vision, strategy, and execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet market needs and are aligned with business objectives.

How your agenda looks like:

  • Brand, Product Strategy and Vision: You will support the definition and alignment of Omino Bianco’s strategy and portfolio with global business objectives, ensuring clear communication of the vision.
  • Innovation Management and NPD: You will oversee the full development of new products (NPD), from briefing to global market launch.
  • Market Research and Insights: You will conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Product Development: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
  • Performance Monitoring and Iteration: You will analyze product performance metrics and refine strategies to optimize results.
  • Management of the professional development and growth of one direct report.

Your team:

You will directly report to the Category Marketing Manager

What makes you a great fit:

  • You have a Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You have 4 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, sales, or a similar role.
  • You have excellent skills in using the Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • You have strong analytical, communication, and digital marketing skills, as well as leadership capabilities and knowledge of global market dynamics, customer segmentation, and cultural considerations in marketing.
  • You have a good aptitude for people management.
  • You have excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
