▪Supplier market research and arrange new/potential supplier evaluation with R&D and SQA
▪Establish good relationship with supplier to ensure best quality service ▪Develop strategic supplier base and make related supplier strategy
▪Transfer yearly demands to supplier and plan supplier capacity
▪Analyze raw material market ▪Define PCIS material price for each single component ▪Plan budget price for single part and achieve the target ▪ Supplier cost analysis and set benchmark price ▪Prices negotiation and closure of contracts
▪ Send RFQ and make quotation analysis
▪Define lead time for supplier deliver timing of new projects ▪Order sample parts and follow up ▪ Place tooling contract and follow up ▪ Coordination supplier APQP status with SQM
▪ Interface with supplier for claim charges for quality & delivery issue
Bachelor/Master in automotive or mechanical engineering
At least 2 years experience on Auto.parts on purchasing management
Good spoken and written Chinese & English
