The purpose of this position is to drive value delivery and operational excellence in Sourcing, Contracting and Supplier Performance Management of Primary Road Freight, International Road Freight, Bulk Transportation, Warehousing, MHE and Pallets for all Europe operating companies of HEINEKEN.

Your responsibilities would include:


- Responsible for Sourcing, Contracting and Supplier Performance Management of Primary Road Freight, International Road Freight, Bulk Transportation, Warehousing, MHE and Pallets for all Europe operating companies of HEINEKEN: with spend p.a. EUR 1.3b and 1.900 suppliers.
- First point of contact for HGP Indirects Director: challenging and translating the Global strategy in preparation for the Procurement Hub and operating companies of HEINEKEN execution
- Key person in operating companies' escalations on savings delivery and security of supply
- Establish and lead the team of 10 full-time employees in the Indirects materials Hub
- Create high performing organization with a clear talent pipeline for senior Procurement Hub and HGP positions
- Transformation: establish the Procurement Hub on Indirects Materials through successful onboarding of operating companies of HEINEKEN, transfer of Supplier Performance management activities from operating companies of HEINEKEN to the Hub and onboarding of Sourcing activities from HGP to the Hub
- Responsibility for the budget of Indirects Hub


You are a good candidate if you have:


- Education required: University Master's Degree in a business, financial, commercial, economic or technical discipline - preferred in: Procurement, Supply Chain related
- Required: 10+ years in Procurement, Supply chain or Finance roles, including at least 3 years in a leadership role; preferred: Consumer Goods and Shared Service Centre experience, Experience in Change Management transitions in a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders on a strategic business partner level.
- Strong leadership and people management skills to ensure the best delivery of the business solutions.
- Ability to drive change & continuous improvement.
- A Growth mindset and the ability to create strategically aligned plans.
- Sourcing, Supplier Performance Management, and knowledge of industry trends
- Fluent English required, additional European languages an advantage
