Job Description

  • This is 1-year fixed term employment contract.

  • Support the sales team in executing all relevant applications in strict compliance with established company procedures.
  • Data Window: A centralized platform for the collection, integration, and management of both online and offline data—whether directly or indirectly sourced. It delivers standardized, actionable data reports to empower evidence-based decision-making and strategic execution by the sales team.
  • Proactively engage with the sales team to gain a deep understanding of their operational requirements, and facilitate seamless cross-departmental communication and collaboration to drive aligned business outcomes.

Sales Forecasting & Analysis

  • Tracks and analyses forecast for monthly reviews

  • Monitors and proposes appropriate action to highlight excess / non-moving inventories. Targets agreed stock levels

  • Ensure the distributor’s trade spending application is line with their budget

  • Assist monthly trade spending review meeting with sales leaders to go through distributors YTD sellout data

  • Analyzing trade spending YTD status vs full year budget plan and sellout plan

Processes, Business Planning and Reporting

  • Monthly letter to cover fundamentals and market dynamics (incl. competition). Regular Business Updates on business plans, KPIs, P&Ls, promo calendars, activity grids and reports

  • All trade fund applications in CFM system

  • Check each TPR application’s contract and monitor the quota then maintain TPR in SNOW system.

  • DQM system management for master distributor inventorysell-inout data management and monthly report for management team.

  • EC daily/Monthly report data collection and reporting

  • 6TP/5TP sellout tracking and weekly transfer sellout data to 3rd party for Duracell club points calculation.

  • Monthly POS data collection and reporting

  • Monthly KAM KPI tracking report

    Others:

  • Own the process of trade spending application and reimbursement and provide SOP training for internal team and distributors

  • Compliance and stewardship

  • 2 years’ experience at least

  • Experience in distributor trade spend management

  • Trade Marketing experience in FMCG industry

  • Consistently demonstrate ethical behaviors and integrity beyond reproach

  • Planning, organizing and hands on excellent execution

  • Passion, stamina, and robustness to go the long haul in a fast-growing market

  • Ability to communicate well in Mandarin and English (verbally & written)

  • Demonstrate very strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail

  • Is open-minded and demonstrate a “can do” approach. Is resourceful and inventive

  • Display high level of resilience under internal & external pressure

  • Has a bias for action

  • Avid and humble learner

Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (Intermediate level)
