We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Category Marketing Manager to join Target, leading how our apparel categories show up for millions of customers. This role leads the planning, development and implementation of marketing communication strategy to drive short, long and always on commercial category performance. This role is also responsible for end-to-end project management of relevant category led seasonal events and campaigns, in line with Target’s values.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for key fashion categories using data, insights and customer behaviour to deliver measurable commercial outcomes. You’ll work closely with our Buying and broader Marketing teams (Brand, Creative, Media and Production) to bring bold, integrated omni‑channel campaigns to life, while leading and developing a high‑performing team.
