Join us as a
Manages the category strategy and procurement activities related to system management and card
services. Develops and implements sourcing strategies to optimize costs, ensure quality, and maintain
supplier relationships. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align category objectives with business
goals. Monitors market trends, evaluates supplier performance, and negotiates contracts to achieve the
best value and service levels. Supports continuous improvement initiatives and risk management within
the category to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Essential Function
1. Collaboratein partnershipwith SEC, vendors and other related
stakeholders, toachieveprocess and efficiency improvements in
compliancetomandated policies while mitigatingrisks andmaximizing
opportunities. Direct the implementation of such actions to achieve
sustained efficiency and financial improvements.
2. Manage and maintain the Schindler ZPOC2 Catalog including resolution of
SAP systematic issues to ensure efficient procurement processes, plus
current pricing according to negotiated and approved values.
3. Lead the Schindler Shape SAP implementation for SEC/TOR within the area
of SAP MM and Purchasing, while also transitioning field operations catalog
procurement to a Shape solution.
4. Provide impact summaries of supplier price changes, and recommendations
for mitigating cost exposures.
5. Identify under-performing areas in the supply chain and suggest
improvements. Make suggestions to limit risk and exposures in cost,
process and supplier performance. Identification of and implementation of
proper controls that comply withSchindlerON and/or SEC business
needs.
6. Proactively identify and communicate potentialvalue-addedsolutions for
the Company and deliver MR valuetowards SC objectiveseach year
through supplier audits, invoice review, process review, etc.
7. Design and implement methods toprovide added value analytics in support
of the supply chain management decision evaluation process.
8. Project management – working with mid- to senior-level stakeholders to
identify opportunitiesfor improvement in cost, process,etc.
Education
• Bachelor's degree is Finance or Data Science, Business Management, Economics related
(required)
Experience
• MS Office tools proficiency. Excellent skills in Excel and Power Point (10 years minimum)
• Data Analysis - Spreadsheets/Databases/ERP Systems (10 years minimum)
• SAP/ERP system knowledge (10 years minimum)
• Project Management (10 years minimum)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• CMA/CPA finance related education / experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP configuration, structures, modules, functionality, data analytics,
and reporting functions
• Knowledge of the various interfaces and systems to SAP and changes underway with the SHAPE
SAP Hanna, KG/KW split related methodology
• Certified Data Analyst/ related experience
• Customer Service:Demonstrate costumer focus through improving performance
• Leadership:Possess solid leadership skills by demonstrating confidence and authority of
expertise, clear vision of expectations and champions success
• Presentation:Ability to present materials and data clearly and articulately. Able to present
