Job Overview

The Category Manager – Milk & Agri will be responsible for developing category growth strategies, managing category performance, and identifying opportunities for innovation and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category growth strategies.
• Analyze shopper insights, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Manage pricing, promotions, and product assortment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Identify opportunities for category innovation and expansion.
• Monitor category performance, KPIs, and profitability.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing, or Sales.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills.
• FMCG experience is preferred.
