We are currently looking for a Category Manager who will be integral to driving category growth and commercial performance across the Lovehoney Group. Your focus will be on delivering actionable insights through data analytics, managing category performance, and enabling data-informed decision-making across global teams.
Please note this is a fixed-term (maternity cover) role for up to 12 months.

What you will do

  • Manage & fully own the performance of assigned categories, driving growth through assortment & demand tactics
  • Partner with buying, product development, merchandising, trading and marketing teams to translate insights into commercial actions
  • Regularly analyze financial, onsite and customer data to identify opportunities, and translate these into tangible actions for our categories 
  • Keep up to date with the industry’s latest trends as well as key competitor movements, and derive key implications for your categories  
  • Present category performance updates and insight-driven recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • What you should bring

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Category Management, Buying, Commercial Analytics, or a related role (retail, FMCG, or e-commerce preferred).
  • A genuine passion for product — you love understanding users, testing ideas, and digging into details.
  • Proven ability to translate data into strategy and tell a compelling commercial story through insights.
  • Strong understanding of range architecture, pricing strategy, and promotional planning.
  • Excellent communication skills & stakeholder management.
  • Independent and structured way of working.
