Location - Bengaluru (WFO) Roles & Responsibilities:● Develop and run the category and scale it to the next level (grow the category from X to 5X or10X).● Cross functional coordination with the internal teams and ensuring high performance.● Own the category performance, analyze business data, and identify areas for improvement.● Revenue Management as per business projection, achieve the GMV numbers.● Ensuring seamless patient experience by liaising with various internal teams.● Liaison with multiple stakeholders like - Concierge, Product, Marketing, Operations and finance toexecute daily operations/tasks.● Ensuring the overall category performance condition-wise.● Design business projections and develop operational metrics to measure process efficiency.● Develop operational excellence to meet business goals. Job Requirements:● 5+ years of experience in Business Development● Extremely data-driven and result oriented, think out of the box to bring extreme value for excellentpatient experience.● Excellent Leadership, problem-solving & communication skills.● Fair understanding and skills to develop unstructured demand channels and balance with supply.● Strong Negotiation and deal closing abilities.● Preferably done zero to one and have built categories
