Your Impact

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping category growth by developing and delivering insights and strategies that influence Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales decisions. You’ll bring the our Spirits and Cider categories to life internally and externally, driving innovation, leading strategic projects, and partnering closely with customers to unlock growth opportunities and deliver best-in-class category outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and deliver category insights and strategy that are at the heart of Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales decision making
• Plays a lead role in strategic innovation development, commercialisation and customer engagement along with Marketing/Marketing Insights teams
• Initiate, develop and lead key projects to identify and solve strategic category problems both internally and with our trade partners
• Internal: Provide clear recommendations and focus on range & space objectives across existing SKUs and NPD. Translate the category strategy into Joint Business Plans, Category Reviews, Customer Deep Dives and NPD engagement decks partnering with Marketing, Sales and Trade Marketing/Customer Marketing on delivery and execution
• External: Create and deliver category sell stories to our external customers that link our internal initiatives to external category growth opportunities (through Joint Business Plans, category reviews, NPD sell in with a clear focus on range/space recommendations)

About You

• Experience across Category, Trade Marketing and/or Account Management
• FMCG experience with exposure to major customers (e.g. Woolworths, Coles)
• Strong ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working with scan/shopper data (e.g. Quantium, Summit highly regarded)
• Strong presentation skills, both verbal and visual
