Responsibilities
- Developed growth strategies for key brands and platform-priority merchants by analyzing performance data and market dynamics to identify core business drivers. Broke down phased growth targets, monitored key merchant and product metrics, and contributed to the development of a comprehensive performance tracking system.
- Acted as the project owner for merchant strategy initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration. Identified issues clearly through structured documentation and meetings, coordinated internal and external resources, and ensured timely project delivery and goal alignment.
- Led data analysis efforts related to merchant performance, supported the development of quarterly and annual business growth plans, proposed actionable solutions, and conducted ongoing tracking of key metrics to inform decision-making.
