As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:

Creator Hunting & Identification (Stage 1)

- Identify and source high-potential fashion creators across TikTok and other social platforms, focusing on those with strong content quality, audience engagement, and commercial potential.

- Analyze creator profiles, content style, audience demographics, and performance metrics to assess fit within - TikTok Shop’s fashion ecosystem.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of creators segmented by category (e.g., apparel, footwear, accessories) and content type (live, video, product-driven).

Creator Incubation & Fashion Alignment (Stage 2)

- Support the onboarding and incubation of selected creators by helping define their initial content and monetization strategy.

- Identify and match relevant fashion brands, products, and merchandising strategies based on each creator’s profile, audience, and content style.

- Collaborate with Account Managers to guide creators on best practices for live streaming, product selection, and content optimization.

- Monitor creator development and track their progression from early-stage incubation to revenue-generating contributors.

Performance Tracking & Insights

- Track and analyze both qualitative and quantitative performance metrics, including GMV contribution, content performance, conversion rates, and creator growth.

- Build and maintain dashboards or trackers to measure the effectiveness of the creator incubation program.

- Generate insights on what works (e.g., creator archetypes, product categories, content formats) to continuously refine the strategy.

Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration

- Support the execution of the creators project roadmap, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

- Work closely with Account Managers, marketing, and operations teams to align on creator strategies and opportunities.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of creator sourcing, incubation frameworks, and scaling strategies.
