The Category Leader is responsible for the Corporate Services spend for the Poland site along with owning and developing the Global Facilities Management and Travel categories across all TwiningsOvo locations, setting category strategies and commercial frameworks which improve value, service, employee experience, resilience, sustainability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global Facilities Management and Travel category strategies, sourcing pipelines, and multi-year roadmaps across all locations.
  • Manage global sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract frameworks, including preferred suppliers, pricing, service levels, and travel programmes.
  • Deliver value through demand management, standardisation, supplier consolidation, TCO optimisation, and benefits tracking.
  • Manage strategic supplier relationships, driving performance, innovation, sustainability, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
  • Define category standards and sourcing guidelines, ensuring consistent execution, compliance, and adoption of preferred suppliers.
  • Partner with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, Sustainability, Travel, Procurement, and ABF to execute strategies and meet business needs.
  • Own Corporate Services spend for Poland and support sourcing initiatives across TwiningsOvo locations.

Skills, Knowledge, and Proficiency

  • At least 5 years of procurement experience in a FMCG business
  • Day-to-day experience in leading procurement categories: Facilities Management, Travel, Corporate Services or comparable indirect categories
  • University degree level education
  • Solid understanding of Facilities Management and Travel supply markets
  • Fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken)
  • Experience in SAP and Ariba Guided Buying and E-Sourcing would be an asset
