We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Category Lead of French Luxury Brand Partnerships to build our French brand onboarding strategy for Trendyol Luxe. In this high-visibility role, the candidate will act as the primary point of contact for French luxury maisons, heritage groups, and contemporary brands. Positioned as the strategic bridge between Paris and our international headquarters, the Category Lead will safeguard brand equity while expanding GMV, assortment depth, and market share across high-growth European and regional markets.
Lead end-to-end business development and commercial onboarding for French luxury and contemporary brands, building a robust pipeline across top maisons and luxury groups.
Structure tailored commercial and logistics partnerships that address brand protection, grey-market, and pricing considerations.
Act as the primary relationship owner for French key accounts, preparing joint business plans and following up for sustainable growth.
Partner with internal P&L, finance, and legal teams to negotiate commission structures, financial projections, and margin optimizations to drive profitable growth.
Collaborate with marketing, category, and creative teams to build go-to-market visibility plans, exclusive capsule launches, and on-site brand positioning aligned with luxury standards.
Monitor luxury market dynamics, competitor benchmarks, and consumer trends to continuously refine channel curation and assortment freshness.
Extensive experience in luxury fashion, brand partnerships, wholesale, or business development within luxury marketplaces, department stores, e-tailers, or luxury maisons.
Established C-level network across French luxury maisons, contemporary brands, and commercial/e-commerce decision-makers in Paris.
Solid commercial and financial acumen with proven experience structuring complex deal models, commission structures, and margin/P&L projections.
Deep understanding of luxury e-commerce operations, cross-border logistics, and brand equity protection across full-price and off-price ecosystems.
Entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset comfortable operating with high autonomy in a remote set-up while navigating cross-cultural internal stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation capabilities.
Native or professional proficiency in French, alongside a strong command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Italian or Turkish is an advantage.
