About the Role

Are you passionate about driving customer‑centric supply chain performance? We are looking for a Category Demand Supply Planning Lead to spearhead concurrent planning activities within our Planning Service Center. In this strategic leadership role, you will guide a multinational team, shape the planning capability for your category, and ensure reliable product availability that delights our customers and supports business growth.

What You’ll Do

As the PSC Category DSP Lead, you will:

  • Lead the Category Concurrent Planning team to deliver stable, reliable demand and supply plans using OMP and best‑in‑class planning practices.
  • Champion a customer‑centric mindset to ensure the availability of fresh finished and semi‑finished goods at the right place and time.
  • Drive collaboration across markets, factories, supply chain operations, and global stakeholders to ensure effective end‑to‑end planning.
  • Support new business models, route‑to‑market strategies, and category growth initiatives.
  • Provide direction to markets on priorities, arbitration, and allocations, ensuring adherence to agreed business rules.
  • Partner closely with the Excellence and Digital Solutions teams to drive continuous improvement within the Planning Service Center.
  • Serve as the first escalation point, ensuring smooth operations and seamless cross‑functional communication.
  • Coach, develop, and inspire a diverse team to unlock their full potential and elevate planning performance.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of demand & supply planning experience, with demonstrated expertise in inventory management, concurrent planning, and end‑to‑end supply chain optimization.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience, with a proven record of building high‑performing, motivated teams.
  • Strong background in process optimization and implementing streamlined planning processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Economics; Master’s in Supply Chain/Operations Management or MBA preferred.
  • Deep understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain, category complexities, and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Knowledge of the regional factory and distribution network.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
