Engage with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, R&D, Finance, Facilities, HR) across SEA (Singapore, Philippines, India) to ensure procurement compliance and alignment with global targets.
Deliver annual financial and non-financial targets by cascading global objectives and driving cost savings, demand management, and supplier development.
Identify and manage a high-value supplier base in the region, including contract management, performance monitoring, and supplier relationship management (SRM).
Drive category benefits through strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, and compliance with best cost and terms.
Act as key user of the procurement digitalization tool to support indirect procurement efficiency and process digitalization.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in a procurement-focused role.
Technical knowledge of indirect materials and cost drivers.
Experience in program/process development for cost savings.
Skilled in contract management and supplier management.
Personal competencies
Ability to work under high pressure and deliver results.
Strategic, results-oriented, accountable, and responsible.
Team player with cooperation willingness.
