  • Gestirai i tuoi progetti end-to-end, dall'ideazione del concept fino al lancio, definendo la strategia di comunicazione e attivazione
  • Collaborerai con team cross-funzionali
  • Analizzerai le tendenze di mercato e ilfeedbackdei clienti
  • Innoverai e migliorerai le caratteristiche dei prodotti
  • Monitorerai le prestazioni dei prodotti e adatterai le strategie

  • Hai una laureaspecialistica in Economia, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales o un campo correlato
  • Hai 6 mesi-1 anno di esperienza nella gestione di prodotto, marketing o in un ruolo simile
  • Hai buone competenzenella suite Office, in particolare Excel
  • Hai un'ottimaconoscenza della lingua italiana ed inglesefluente
  • Hai comprovate capacità di collaborazione
  • Hai una spiccata sensibilità al mondo marketing e creativity

We are looking for a Junior Category Product Manager to join the Category Marketing Beauty function within the Home Care, Personal Care and Beauty Business Unit, Beauty division, based in Milan

How you make the difference:

As a Category Junior Product Manager, you will drive product success by understanding market needs, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your innovations and proactive problem-solving will ensure our productsleadthe market, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and company growth.

How your agenda looks like:

  • You will develop and execute strategic product plans
  • You will manage your projects end-to-end, from concept ideation to launch, defining the communication and activation strategy
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • You will analyze market trends and customer feedback
  • You will innovate and enhance product features
  • You will monitor product performance and adapt strategies

Your team:

You will directly report to theCategory Group Product Manager.  

What makes you a great fit:

  • You have a Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales or a related field
  • You have6 months-1 year of experience in product management, marketing, or a similar role
  • You are proficientin the Office suite, especially Excel
  • You have excellentknowledge of bothitalianandenglish
  • You have proven collaboration skills
  • You have a strong sensitivity to the world of marketing and creativity
