Understand and analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and market trends to provide actionable, data-driven recommendations that guide business decisions, drive product innovation, and improve consumer/customer experience.

A day in the life…
Daily support of key business processes by :

  • Driving market growth across categories using syndicated studies to support immediate, ad-hoc business requests.
  • Implementing and conducting ad hoc research projects (from brief to final presentation). All methodologies included.
  • Regular reporting with market context on shopper, retail and sales to enable market categories/brands in data-driven decision making.
  • Applying trends, competition, performance metrics, consumer behaviour and sales efficiency.
  • Optimizing contracts and budget working closely with Nestrade and suppliers .
  • Giving full support to Consumer Marketplace Insights & Analytics Manager and Cross Category Consumer Marketplace Insights & Analytics Lead.

What makes you successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing, Exact sciences or equivalent field.
  • Master’s degree in equivalent fields will be considered as an asset.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
  • Commercially aware, accurate in translating data, and focused on delivering business value through implementation of insights.
  • Skilled in facilitating and coordinating cross-functional work within a demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills, strategic thinking.
  • Effectively handles demands from multiple sources and competing priorities.
