As a Category Growth Analyst, this role supports the Target Sales team as the category expert, shaping and executing consumer-led, customer-backed strategies across the Kraft Heinz portfolio. Acting as a consultative partner and insights expert, the Category Growth Analyst influences strategies across shelving, assortment, innovation, and the path to purchase throughout customer and sales routines. This role collaborates closely with Sales, Omni, BU Strategy, and Shopper Insights teams to deliver tailored, data-driven and category-centric solutions that create mutual value and elevate Kraft Heinz as a trusted advisor to Target across key category initiatives. This role supports our commitment to developing a world-class Category Leadership function—built on curiosity, learning, and a mindset of continuous growth.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$77,800.00 - $97,300.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
