Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Fresh Produce Product Portfolio effectively to ensure quality, variety, and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, collectors, and distributors.
• Develop and implement supply and sourcing strategies for fresh produce.
• Negotiate trading terms to optimize margins and ensure consistent supply.
• Design and execute category, pricing, and promotional strategies aligned with company goals.
• Achieve defined sales, volume, and profitability targets within the category.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or professional qualification related to agriculture, supply chain, or fresh produce management.
• Proven experience in fresh produce category management or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong decision-making ability and capability to meet tight deadlines.
• A customer-centric mindset with strong business acumen.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
