We are looking for a highly organised and proactiveCategoryEducation Coordinatorto support the operational delivery of education initiatives across Skin, Body,Wellnessand Innovation categories.
This role is instrumental in ensuring learning content, communication,resourcesand day-to-day coordination are delivered seamlessly across digital and face-to-face education experiences, helping our store teams stay inspired,informedand confident.
The Role You Could Play:
Reporting to the Category Education Manageron a 12 monthFixed Term Contract, you will support the coordinationand developmentof category education initiatives across MECCA. You will:
Coordinate day-to-day education operationsfortheskin,wellness and bodycategoriesincludingschedulinglearningprogramsandmanagingtimelines
Support the development,formattingand maintenance of digital learning content acrossour education platformMECCAversity
Prepare and coordinate education resources, training materials, tester kits and supporting documentationfortraining sessions
Assistin the operationsof face-to-face workshops, trainingsessionsand education events
Supportcommunicationsacrossinternal and external stakeholder groups
Maintain organised systems, trackers and content libraries while supporting reporting,follow-upsand project execution
