A DAY IN THE LIFE...
Develop channel MBS vision and strategy in a colloboration with Channel Manager
Define One Nestle Corporate (multi-category) channel strategies that deliver Channel growth based on shopper insight and customer requirements, working with Category Development Managers to be in line with overall category strategies (ie. Category Development initiative/project) and fully aligned with Channel Manager
Identify, align and prioritize Channel opportunities with category prioritization
Accountable and Responsible for ensuring Regional Manager understanding on channel strategies and priorities
Accountable and responsible for driving the ICP by identifing the key opportunities (incorporating shopper behaviour in that channel, channel specific promotional learnings, competitor analysis and best practice inputs) and develop a commercial activity calendar for the channel.
Drive Availability / Distribution by developing assortment strategy within the priority categories in the channel
Accountable for monthly activity prioritization in a channel to maximize sales capacity in execution
Responsible for developing and coaching direct reports, ensuring PE/PDG discussions are conducted on time. Make recommendations for inclusion in talent programmes and succession plans as appropriate.
Responsible for ensuring adherence to all company principles and policies
ARE YOU A FIT?
Bachelor's degree in any related field.
More than 5 years experience in Trade Marketing/ Category Development and/or Marketing with Sales experience or exhibits strong functional skill and leadership capabilities.
Demonstrable record of success in a customer (not limited to Key Accounts) facing role. Understands customers and the selling process.
Strong analytical skill. Good organization awareness.
