Currently we are looking for:
Category Buyer - CAPEX
location: Kraków
Core responsibilities:
Purchase indirect CAPEX materials and services for global investment projects
Support the sourcing process from RFQ/RFX to contract signing
Manage and develop long-lasting relationships with suppliers
Assist in data collection, procurement reporting, and analysis
Help develop and evaluate suppliers based on quality and performance
Work with internal teams to support project coordination and timelines
Project coordination and cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders
Contribute to achieving costs savings /avoidance and process improvements
Our expectations:
Around 3 years of experience in a procurement role
Fluency (B2 – C1) in English (written and spoken)
Solid MS Office skills, especially Word & Excel
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify and solve problems proactively
Comfortable working under the time pressure and managing multiple tasks
Positive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on results
Can-do attitude with a drive to deliver and exceed targets
