Thurmond Eye Associates, the Rio Grande Valley’s most established and respected ophthalmology practice, invites an exceptional Cataract Surgeon to join our thriving team as a Partner.

This is a rare opportunity to step directly into a high-volume surgical practice with a strong referral network including — immediate equity partnership and a a leadership role as Co-Chief Medical Officer for the Texas region (CO-CMO).

Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.

• Board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology.
• State medical license to practice ophthalmology in Texas or eligible to attain one.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
