CX (Customer Experience) Audit Operation job involves reviewing product listings on the Coupang platform for defects, providing feedback on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting cases, and ensure a high-quality and consistent customer experience for Coupang customers. Job roles will focus on regular or special task audit (follow KPI for daily output&high accuracy) and report defect findings to managers who oversees the entire process and lead teams.
As a CX auditor, you will be responsible for regular or special task audit, provide the audit defect findings with clear comment/opinion to managers. On top of daily output, you also need to deliver high accuracy audit result. This role is crucial to the Cx Audit function, with a primary focus on enhancing overall audit integrity and quality.
