
The Catalog Coordinator/Editor will collaboratively work with the Catalog Editor and Editorial Assistant to update the catalog in the content management system (CourseLeaf).
This position is funded on temporary sources and designed to support the University’s Academic Transformation initiative. The appointment is expected to begin in August 2026 and continue through the 2026–2027 academic year. While this is a term-limited role, it offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact institutional initiative.

This position is classified as Exempt, grade J Compensation for this grade ranges from $ 47,490.00 to $ 71,230.00 per year. Please note that the offered rate for this position typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade, but it can vary based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
