What is your role?

As Product Catalog and Playbook Analyst you will manage and support the automation and agents that manage the documentation, organization, and maintenance of AI Enablement offerings and guidance materials. This role helps ensure stakeholders can easily understand available products and services, appropriate use cases, and how to adopt and apply them effectively.

What will you do?

  • Maintain the catalog of AI Enablement products, services, tools, and resources using repositories in Gitlab and Sharepoint.
  • Document offerings in a clear and consistent format, including use cases, intended audiences, and access pathways.
  • Develop and update playbooks, job aids, templates, and supporting guidance materials.
  • Organize information to improve usability, findability, and consistency across materials.
  • Partner with product, program, and business stakeholders to keep content current and aligned with evolving needs.
  • Gather feedback on content effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Support launch and adoption activities through documentation and enablement content.
  • Help standardize content management practices, templates, and documentation conventions.

What do you need to have?

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in documentation, knowledge management, internal enablement, content operations, or related work
  • Experience with Gitlab, CoPilot Studio, Agent Management
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, user-friendly materials
  • Fluent English
