Role Designation:Remote

We are seeking an experienced Bodily Injury Claim Technical Consultant to serve as a key technical resource across theclaimsorganization. In this role, you will partner with multiple teams to improve quality, performance, and alignment with organizational goals.

You will coach and mentor team members at various stages of their careers, sharing best practices and industry insights while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. Through strong stakeholder partnerships and data-driven analysis, you willidentifytrends,provideactionable insights, and contribute to operational improvement initiatives.

Leveraging your technicalexpertiseand strategic mindset, you will support enterprise initiatives, influence claims handling practices, and help shape the future direction of ourclaimsoperations.

Accountabilities

  • Coach, mentor, and developclaimsprofessionals across the department, supporting skill growth, confidence, and career progression in both routine and complex claim handling.

  • Partner with Training and Development to design andfacilitatetraining, workshops, and peer mentoring that align with evolving business processes and best practices.

  • Provide guidance and oversight on losses of varying complexity to support effective management and resolution.

  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with businessobjectivesand operational priorities.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and fair claims practices, providing guidance on policy interpretation and application across operations.

  • Leverage industry and technicalexpertiseto drive continuous improvement, support the development of handling guidelines, and recommend enhancements to claims processes.

  • Analyze national claims results toidentifytrends, support action planning, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives with operational leaders.

  • Support and contribute to enterprise-level strategic initiatives by adapting processes and practices to meet organizationalobjectives

Qualifications

  • Proven National experience in Litigation claims adjustingExpert knowledge of insurance policy interpretation, coverage analysis and claim management strategies.

  • Demonstratedexpertisein handling varying loss complexities, including large loss, complex and litigation claims.

  • Strong investigative skills with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.

  • Proven success in training, coaching, and mentoring others, leadership experience is considered an advantage.

  • Highlyeffective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audienceson skills.

  • Skilled in building rapport and working effectively with individuals at all levels and technical abilities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, withabilityto exercise sound judgment under pressure.

Compensation

Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 89,300.00 - 139,300.00 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
