Limited, trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec, is a manpower management solutions firm
operating in the East African Region, including Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania,
Rwanda, and South Sudan.

We
are looking for competent, skilled, and reliable
Casual Employees
to
support our operations in
Kitui
, Kisumu, Mombasa, Kisii, Eldoret, Nairobi Kenya
on an as-needed basis. This
role requires flexibility and adaptability to perform various tasks based on
business requirements.

Key Functions/Key Expected Results

• 
  Work under the
  supervision of the assigned manager to complete tasks efficiently.
• 
  Maintain
  workplace cleanliness and follow health & safety guidelines.
• 
  Assist in
  [specific tasks based on the industry, e.g., customer service, stock
  handling, administrative work, etc.].
• 
  Follow company
  policies and procedures while on duty.
• 
  Work effectively
  as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
• 
  Adapt to
  different roles and responsibilities based on business needs.
• 
  Maintain staff
  attendance records and report to management as required.
• 
  Ensure total
  compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• 
  Report any
  disciplinary issues to the HR department.

Academic Qualifications

• 
  Must have at
  least a
  Form 4 certificate (high school completion)
  .
• 
  A
  college
  certificate in any field
  will be an added advantage.
• 
  Must
  reside
  in Thika Town
  or its immediate surroundings.

Skills & Competencies Required

• 
  Strong
  communication and teamwork skills.
• 
  Ability to work
  flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
• 
  Basic
  understanding of workplace safety and compliance.

  Ability to
  follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
