Penn United Technologies, Inc. is now accepting applications for seasonal summer help in our Carbide Division. We are looking for students who are currently enrolled in either high school or college and who can bring a positive attitude and great work ethic to these SEASONAL (summer) responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Duties include sandblasting, cleaning parts and trays, using a hand saw to segment stock, and moving material from one area to another
- Report to work on-time with a positive attitude and ready to learn and accomplish tasks
- Able to maintain a focus toward your job responsibilities
- Perform well by meeting supervisor’s expectations
- Ask relevant questions and ask for help with processes or tasks not understood
- Be open and honest in communications
- Follow all safety and quality plans in accordance with company programs and policies

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Candidates must be currently enrolled in a high school or college program
- Students must be in good academic standing at their school
- Must be able to be on time and arrive with a positive attitude and work ethic
- Some responsibilities may require finger dexterity, and/or ability to stand 8 hours/day, and lift 40 lbs
- Daylight shift 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday - Friday
