With new and improved automotive technology, we’re keeping pace with industry trends and expanding our team. We’re now seeking a Casual Calibration Technician to join our Virginia Service Centre — perfect for someone who’s practical, customer-focused and eager to learn.
No calibration experience? No problem. All training is provided on the job.
All you need is a great attitude, willingness to learn and confidence behind the wheel.
You’ll apply your technical and practical skills to re-calibrate vehicle camera systems after windscreen repairs, ensuring safety features operate correctly. You’ll also assist with glass chip repairs. This role requires professionalism, safe work practices and strong customer focus.
Pay rate: $39.58 per hour (Casual)
Availability: Full-time hours + some Saturdays
Complete vehicle camera re-calibrations across a wide range of vehicles
Drive customer vehicles on public roads as part of the calibration process
Sales of Vehicle Accessory Products
Test drive vehicles before releasing them back to customers
Deliver first-class customer service and exceed customer expectations
Follow all Health, Safety & Well-being procedures
Contribute positively to team culture and operational excellence
Assist with ADHOC duties as required
Ability to confidently drive automatic and manual vehicles
Genuine passion for customer service excellence
Confident, engaging communication style
Hands-on, organised and self-motivated approach
Strong attention to detail and time management
Proactive, task-driven mindset with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and within a team
