What you’ll be serving up…

• Ensure all warehouse floors, work areas, staff facilities, toilets, kitchens, break areas and surrounding spaces are cleaned and maintained in line with cleaning schedules, client standards and Elior UK procedures.
• Carry out sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dust removal, waste collection and bin emptying to maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
• Follow all COSHH, Health & Safety and site safety procedures, reporting spills, hazards, damage, accidents or maintenance issues in line with company processes.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and correctly, ensuring equipment and cleaning supplies are kept organised and reporting any faults or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Handle customer and site queries professionally, maintaining client and Elior UK confidentiality, security and professional standards at all times.
• Support the wider team with additional cleaning duties as required and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse environment.

The ingredients you'll bring...

• Experience within a cleaning, warehouse or similar environment is desirable but not essential.
• Experience using an EPT (Electric Pallet Truck) is advantageous.
• Warm, friendly and genuine with excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Reliable, punctual and adaptable, with the flexibility to work casual hours and follow Elior UK procedures and site requirements.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, building positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Methodical, thorough and detail-focused, with the persistence to see tasks through to completion.
• Physically fit and comfortable working within a warehouse environment.
• Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety at all times.
