$80–$100 per hour inclusive of casual loading | Travel support and accommodation allowance available

Greencross Vets Baldivis and Mandurah are looking for an experienced veterinarian who can join us as soon as possible. Shifts are available across both clinics, and we are happy to discuss the location and working pattern that best suits you.

This could be an excellent opportunity if you are already planning a trip to WA, considering a temporary change of scenery or simply looking for flexible casual work with a strong veterinary network behind you.

What we can offer

• $80–$100 per hour, inclusive of casual loading
• A rate aligned with your experience, clinical capability and confidence working independently
• Travel support if you are travelling from outside the local area
• An accommodation allowance if you need somewhere to stay while working with us

Travel support will be tailored to your individual circumstances, and accommodation allowance will be provided where local accommodation is required. We will discuss and confirm the arrangements with you upfront.

Work independently, without feeling isolated

We are looking for an experienced vet who can confidently manage their own cases and make sound clinical decisions without requiring close supervision.

That independence does not mean you will be left on your own. You will have the support of the Baldivis and Mandurah teams around you, together with access to Greencross’s broader network of veterinarians, Regional Clinical Director, and professional resources.

You can step into the clinic knowing that you have the autonomy to work confidently, with an established network behind you whenever you need it.

About you

You will be:

• An experienced veterinarian confident managing general practice cases
• Comfortable working with a good level of clinical independence
• A capable and thoughtful decision-maker
• A strong communicator with clients and the clinic team
• Registered, or eligible for registration, to practise in Western Australia
• Available to commence as soon as possible
