The Role

Join our Albany team as a casual Stevedoring Supervisor and play a key role in safely delivering stevedoring operations that support Western Australia's grain export supply chain.

Reporting to the Manager - Stevedoring, you will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with safety, client, regulatory, and company requirements while delivering efficient and reliable services to our customers. You'll work closely with operational teams across Head Office and regional locations to support safe and effective operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and adjust the allocation of resources to optimise operational and financial performance.

About You:

  • Proven experience in bulk logistics, including vessel loading, surveying and bulk loading operations, or similar logistics experience.
  • Experience leading and managing large industrial workforces in a safety-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace safety, quality and environmental management systems.

  • Current MSIC permit (or willingness to obtain).
