Casual Security Officer - Kwinana Sites & Pinjar

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Casual Security Officers to join our team across our Kwinana and Pinjar sites in Western Australia.

About the Role

As a Casual Security Officer, you will play an important role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' facilities, assets, and personnel. This position offers a variety of duties in a dynamic industrial environment and is ideal for candidates who enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct access control and visitor management duties
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and alarms
• Perform regular patrols and inspections of site facilities
• Complete electronic reporting and incident documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with site procedures, client requirements, and MSS Security standards
• Respond effectively to emergencies and provide first-response support when required

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Current WA Security Officer Licence
• Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 or equivalent)
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Intermediate computer skills and experience using reporting systems
