About the Role

General Pants is one of Australia and New Zealand's most iconic fashion retailers, and we're looking for an energetic Sales Assistant to bring the GP brand to life in our Erina store. If you love fashion, thrive on the shop floor, and want to build a career in retail, this could be the perfect starting point for you.

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of the brand - creating genuine customer connections, driving sales through your product knowledge, and bringing energy and passion to every shift.

What You Will Be Doing

• Creating a genuine and positive experience for every customer who enters the store
• Building strong product knowledge to confidently guide customers and drive sales
• Taking personal accountability for your KPIs and contributing to store sales targets and results
• Processing sales transactions accurately and in line with GP banking and cash handling procedures
• Supporting store presentation, VM standards and loss prevention at all times
• Bringing energy, positivity and a genuine team-first attitude to every shift

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a retail, hospitality or customer-facing role
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people
• A team-first mindset with the drive and accountability to achieve individual and team results
