As a Sales Assistant at Evans Cycles, you’ll play a key role in delivering a great experience for every customer who walks through our doors. Whether it’s helping someone choose their first bike, finding the right accessories, or keeping our store looking its best – you’ll bring energy, knowledge, and passion for cycling to every interaction.
As a Casual Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-energy, customer-focused experience on every shift. You’ll support customers on the shop floor, maintain excellent store standards, and contribute to driving sales performance all while developing valuable retail skills in a fast-moving environment.

Your Development
From day one, you’ll receive a full in-store induction. As you progress, you’ll have access to internal development pathways, including Team Leader programmes and nationally recognised qualifications, supporting your growth within Evans Cycles and the wider Frasers Group.
This is a casual role with no guaranteed hours – shifts may vary week to week.
We’ll provide training to set you up for success.
