About the Opportunity
Our Cellarbrations Frewville store is looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Assistant to join our team. You’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service and thrives in a fast-paced retail setting. You will be passionate about building rapport, sharing product knowledge, and helping customers discover something new, whether it’s a boutique wine, a local craft beer, or a premium spirit. The position requires some flexibility around working hours (up to 20 hours per week), and the ability to work on weekends when required.
