About the role

Cancer Council NSW is currently looking to hire a Casual Retail Consultant for our Hornsby Westfield Store. In this role, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Cancer Council NSW, specialising in all aspects of sun protection.

Your primary responsibilities will include

  • Ensuring the delivery of an outstanding customer experience
  • Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our product range
  • Achieving sales targets (with proceeds contributing to cancer research and support programs)

About You

You will need:

  • Exceptional customer service approach with great communication skills
  • Previous retail experience highly regarded but not essential, including working to a budget and KPI's
  • Availability for minimum 3-5 shifts a week (average casual shift ranging 3 -8 hours)
  • Flexibility to work on a casual contract including weekends and late night trading
  • Ability to work effectively both within a team and autonomously
  • Positive attitude with an empathetic nature

Training will be provided to successful candidates to induct them in the role and orientate them with CCNSW and our products.
