We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Casual Rental Coordinator to join our team in the environment monitoring industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing rental equipment requests, coordinating delivery and pickup schedules, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of rental equipment processes is preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate rental equipment requests from clients and internal teams
- Schedule delivery and pickup of rental equipment with vendors
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and inventory levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license may be required for some positions
