We are seeking a casual receptionist to join our inclusive and friendly team here at M+S Group. Based in our Kyabram Office primarily – travel to other offices may be required from time to time. You will be the first point of contact for all our clients and visitors, creating a positive first impression.

• Greeting and welcoming visitors
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Mail coming and in out of the office
• Scheduling appointments
• Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
• Assistance with filling

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience in reception or customer service
• Ability to work as part of a team in a cross organisational environment
• Computer and Microsoft program experience and skills
• Able to liaise with clients in a professional and confidential manner
• Flexibility to work a range of different days
• Willingness to travel to other offices if needed
