Working as part of a collaborative healthcare team, you'll support our GPs in delivering high-quality care and exceptional patient experiences in a modern, fast-paced medical centre.

About the role

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing clinical support to General Practitioners
• Administering vaccinations and managing cold chain requirements
• Performing health assessments, wound care, and treatment room procedures
• Supporting chronic disease management programs
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
• Contributing to quality improvement and infection control processes
• Delivering outstanding patient-centred care

About you

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in general practice, primary care, or community health
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• A proactive and organised approach to patient care
• The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
