About this opportunity:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic people to join our close-knit Kitchen Stewarding team as casual Kitchen Stewarding Team Members.

Working in a world-class facility, delivering Extraordinary events, you will play an essential role in the operation of our Culinary team. You will:

• Undertake bulk washing of all cutlery, crockery, kitchen equipment and glassware;
• Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen anddishwasher areas;
• Clean and sanitise all food storage areas, cool rooms, freezers, ovens and other equipment;
• Be responsible for the safe removal of rubbish and recycling of both wet and dry kitchen waste;
• Be responsible for the safe transport of clearing stations around kitchen and service areas;
• Operate a large scale flight dishwasher, ensuring machine is running properly at all times;
• Complete cleaning schedules within ICC Sydney as instructed by Supervisors.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a similar role desirable;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment;
• A team player, always willing to help others with a positive attitude;
• Working rights in Australia;
• Ability to work a 7 day rotating roster, involving day, evening and weekend work.
