https://www.bathspa.ac.uk/students/careers/We are seeking an experienced and motivated Graduate Success Coach to deliver high-quality, one-to-one employability coaching to final-year students and graduates.
You will provide tailored careers guidance, supporting individuals to progress into meaningful graduate outcomes. Alongside coaching, you will contribute to the development of Graduate Success practice, using insight, labour market knowledge, and evaluation to enhance our services.
About You
- Deliver personalised employability coaching via online, phone and written formats
- Provide expert careers advice informed by current labour market trends
- Support graduates with diverse needs, including complex barriers to progression
- Contribute to the development of coaching resources and Graduate Success initiatives
- Work collaboratively across Careers & Employability to ensure joined-up support
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A Level 6 qualification (or equivalent experience), ideally in careers guidance or coaching
- Experience delivering employability coaching or careers advice
- Strong knowledge of graduate recruitment and the labour market
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, self-directed approach and commitment to supporting diverse graduates

- Flexible working required, including evenings/weekends on occasion
- This role will be predominantly remote with some in person meetings if required
- This position is for 7.5 hours per week
