Working alongside our GPs and broader clinical team, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality patient care within a modern general practice environment.

About the role

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting GPs with clinical procedures and patient care
• Conducting health assessments and health checks
• Administering vaccinations and managing cold chain requirements
• Performing wound care and other clinical nursing duties
• Assisting with chronic disease management programs
• Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Promoting a positive patient experience through exceptional care

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• A patient-centred approach to care
• The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Previous experience in general practice or primary care (desirable)
