The Role

What you need:

• Previous experience in a premium restaurant, fine dining or hospitality environment is preferred
• Availability to work a variety of shifts across lunch and dinner service, including weekends and public holidays
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong communication skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Professional presentation and grooming standards aligned with a 5-star environment
