Join our Hive at Yerrabi Ponds by Busy Bees! Our welcoming 90-place service is located in the growing community of Gungahlin and is dedicated to providing nurturing, engaging, and high-quality early learning experiences for children and families.

We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible Casual Educators to support our team across various age groups. This is the perfect opportunity for passionate educators seeking flexibility while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the Role

As a Casual Educator at Busy Bees, you will:

• Support the delivery of engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Contribute to daily routines and educational activities.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high-quality care and education standards.
• Provide support across different rooms as required.

What You’ll Need

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), or be currently studying.
• Current ACT Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Flexibility and reliability with availability across Monday to Friday.
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
