This role would require you to support with conference service whilst demonstrating exemplary customer service, always remaining approachable and professional. Basic tasks include the following:
There will also be opportunities to support in other capacities throughout the Conference and Banqueting department, including conference support, Green Room support, hostess-ing, attending the door and attending to the cloakroom.

Although there are exceptions, most conference shifts take place during the day and are typically 8-10 hours duration however flexibility is required regarding work evenings.
