This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).

We are seeking a Casual Commis Waiter or Waitress to join our team, supporting service within our Private Members Club on a flexible, casual basis.

About Ten Trinity Square Private Members Club

Set within the former headquarters of the Port of London Authority, the Private Members Club blends historic elegance with contemporary luxury. The Club offers a unique environment, including the Chairman’s Room, Library and Billiards Room, Members’ Bar and Dining Room, a Cigar Lounge, and exclusive dining experiences.

The role

As a Casual Commis Waiter or Waitress, you will support the service team in delivering a warm, polished, and professional dining experience. You will assist with daily operations and service delivery, while developing your knowledge of food, beverage, and luxury service standards.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work within a high‑end environment, who take pride in presentation and enjoy being part of a close, professional team.

What you will do

• Support the delivery of attentive and intuitive food and beverage service
• Assist with the preparation and setup of dining areas and service stations
• Serve food and beverages professionally, following Four Seasons standards
• Clear tables efficiently and maintain a clean, organised environment
• Develop knowledge of menus, ingredients, and service style
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and seamless service

What we are looking for

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or members’ club environment is preferred
• Strong communication skills and team‑focused approach
• Attention to detail and pride in personal presentation
• Flexible availability to work shifts as required
• Right to Work in the UK
