The Venue
Our production kitchen is located in Mascot and is at the heart of Merivale. It is a dedicated space with the latest equipment and tools in order to support multiple venues with the production of key products such as sauces for our different venues, pasta for Totti’s, pizza dough for Vinnies Pizza, and pita bread for Jimmy’s. Our chefs specialise in delivering consistent product to Merivale venues.
The Role
We are looking for casual Chefs to join this already incredible team at Mascot Production. This is the perfect opportunity for a chef looking for a role with real work life balance and career development. You will be part of the team responsible for prepping a wide array of high-quality products used across our venues.
